Large-scale events
To cater for all requirements, we provide rooms either fully equipped or non-equipped to be set up according to your specifications.
1/ Compulsory Services
- A front-of-house manager is required for any event with an audience of more than 300 people (maximum 11-hour shift, 10 hrs + 1 hr meal break. A minimum of 11 hrs rest must be allowed between shifts). Front-of-house manager hire rate: €515 excl. VAT.
- Tiered seating installation must be certified compliant with the relevant safety regulations by an approved organisation.
2/ All inclusive services
> Non-equipped rooms
Some of our rooms do not have equipment set up in advance. Our experts are on hand to customise these venues and set them up according to your specifications and budget.
> Equipped rooms
To minimise the cost of setting up and dismantling audiovisual equipment, we offer equipped-room packages whereby the equipment has already been installed to a precise, optimised specification. A Disney technician must be present throughout the installation.
Small-scale meetings
Small-scale meetings
For groups of up to 100 people, we offer packages specifically designed to give you maximum value for money:
- Video projection onto a screen
- Sound system with 1 or 2 handheld HF microphones
- Technician on-site before your meeting starts to test the equipment with you.
