Disney's Hotel New York® Convention center
Disney's Hotel New York® Convention center, integrated into the hotel, offers 5,000 m² of modular meeting space.
Disney's Hotel New York® Convention Center, integrated into the hotel, offers 5,000 m² (53,800 sq.ft) of modular meeting spaces, seating 12 to 2,200 people, that can be configured for business meetings, lunches, gala dinners or shows. The Convention Center has a separate reception for conference delegates, a Business Center, a welcome desk and a 600 m² (6,500 sq.ft) foyer for coffee breaks and receptions.
To assist with the smooth running of your event, we provide a Business Center with IT equipment (desktop and laptop computers, LCD monitors, printers, etc.), secretarial service, telecommunications, photocopying and other services. Like the hotel, the meeting rooms are done out in the Art Deco style of 1930s New York. An atmosphere of elegance, luxury and calm conducive to working pervades the whole complex.
