The structure

Disneyland® Pavilion

The Pavilion is a superb, entirely modular 4,200 m2 (45,000 sq.ft) outdoor marquee dedicated to your corporate events.

Located close to Discoveryland® on the edge of the Disneyland® Park, the Pavilion is the ideal venue for your evening events, product launches, gala dinners and shows. With a capacity of up to 2,000 guests for receptions, or 1,600 for a sit-down dinner, the Pavilion is a unique space offering numerous advantages.

• Sit-down dinner: 800–1,600 people
• Buffet dinner: 800–1,300 people
• Buffet reception: 800–2,000 people

• Plenary meeting (theatre-style): 500–2,400 people

Main hall: 60 x 40 m (197 x 131 ft)

• Usable space for participants: 2,400 m2 (25,800 sq.ft)
• Side wall height 4 m (13 ft), ceiling ridge height 10.20 m (33 ft 6 ins)
• Aluminium framework covered with white M2-rated PVC, side wall cladding.
• Maximum load for rigging: approx. 400 kg per truss (rigging plan to be approved for each installation)

Stage area: 40 x 15 m (131 x 49 ft)

• 20 x 10 m (65 x 33 ft) carpeted stage with steps, black backdrop; proscenium opening: 14 m (46 ft).
• Dressing rooms (approx. 70 m²/753 sq.ft), production/stage manager’s office.

Reception area: 40 x 30 m (131 x 98 ft)

• Usable space for participants: 600 m² (6,456 sq.ft).
• Side wall height 4 m (13 ft), ceiling ridge height 10.20 m (33 ft 6 ins).
• Aluminium framework covered with white M2-rated PVC, side wall cladding.
• Maximum load for rigging: approx. 400 kg per truss (rigging plan to be approved for each installation).
• The reception area is separated from the main hall by a full-height partition with separate entrances for the public and for catering staff.
• The catering area (10 x 30 m (33 x 98 ft), toilets (150 m²/1,614 sq.ft) and cloakroom are inside the reception area.
• Gazebo between the Star Tours attraction and the Pavilion (approx. 5 x 8 m/16 x 26 ft).

Access

Access to the Pavilion is through the left lane of the entrance to the Star Tours attraction.
