With more than 15 years’ experience and 1,000 events every year, Disneyland^® Paris is Europe’s biggest integrated corporate events venue. And it’s not magic! It is entirely thanks to the expertise of our corporate events division: Business Solutions.

A 240-strong dedicated events team 

Business Solutions is the corporate events division of Disneyland^® Paris. It comprises more than 240 strategic and operational advisers: event planners, sales and marketing teams, and staff handling administration, reservations, technical services, security, guest satisfaction, measurement control and training.

From work meetings and team building to major events, every day our teams pool their expertise to make sure your delegates are happy, whether they number 50 or 25,000!

Corporate clients, agencies and associations are allocated a personal event coordinator who provides them with an array of “bespoke” or turnkey options.

Each and every person at Business Solutions is 100% committed to making your event with us a resounding success. 

To achieve this, we have a three-step process:

1. Defining your event

To begin with, your contact will be an Event coordinator whose task is to:

• Ascertain and analyse your needs
• Provide the most appropriate solution in consultation with our experts in areas such as technical services, catering, entertainment and leisure activities
• Design a programme for your event

2. On-site organisation

Once you arrive at our venue, your Event coordinator will introduce you to a Coordinator, who will become your personal contact during the event. 

As the interface between the various teams involved in your event, the Coordinator will make sure everything runs smoothly at all times, right down to the last detail. Even last-minute requests will be taken care of!

3. Follow-up

After your event, our Guest Satisfaction Measurment department will contact you to follow up on your experience with us. Your comments will enable us to ensure that the quality of our service is always matched to your requirements.
